This website collects the information you type into the contact form, plus ordinary server logs. That's it. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, no sale of data — to anyone, ever. Email us and we'll delete what we hold about you.
Form submissions are transmitted to our application server and stored there so we can respond. The site itself is statically hosted. We use established infrastructure providers to run these services (hosting and email); they process data on our behalf under their own contractual safeguards and don't get to use it for anything else.
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active conversation with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar rules: our legal basis for processing your form submission is the steps you asked us to take before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f)). You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@airesearchpartner.com from the address you used. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
This marketing site sets no cookies. If that changes (for example, for a login), we'll update this policy first.
The site is a B2B product aimed at professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.
