Terms of service.

Plain language for a pre-launch product. When paid subscriptions launch, they'll come with a proper order form and these terms will grow up with them.

The short version

You can browse the site and request free sample analyses. The analyses are research intelligence, not legal or investment advice. Don't misuse the site, don't pass our output off as your counsel's opinion, and we'll both be fine.

1. Who we are

“AI ResearchPartner,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operators of airesearchpartner.com. Contact: team@airesearchpartner.com.

2. What the service is right now

This site describes a research-intelligence platform that is pre-launch. When you submit a topic through the contact form, we run it through our platform and send you a sample dashboard, usually within 24 hours. Sample analyses are free, provided at our discretion, and yours to keep and share internally.

3. What the output is — and is not

Dashboards synthesize public research databases (literature, patents, funding, trials, and the open web) and cite their sources. Verify the citations before you rely on them; that's what they're there for.

The output is not legal advice. White-space scores and IP-landscape reads are research intelligence, not a freedom-to-operate opinion. Filing, licensing, and investment decisions need qualified counsel.

AI-assisted synthesis can contain errors. We mark interpretation with confidence indicators, but the final judgment is yours and your experts'.

4. Your content

Topics, disclosures, and documents you send us stay yours. You grant us only the license needed to run the analysis and send you the result. We don't use your submissions to train AI models and we don't share them with third parties (see the privacy policy). Please don't send us information you're not authorized to share.

5. Our content

The site's text, design, and the dashboards' structure and code are ours. The sample dashboard we generate for you may be used and shared within your organization for evaluation and internal decision-making. Don't resell it or strip its attributions.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or the platform behind it.

Don't use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Don't misrepresent our output — including presenting it as a legal opinion or as your own independent analysis to a regulator or court.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and free sample analyses are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability arising from your use of the free site and sample analyses is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited. Paid subscriptions, when they launch, will carry their own negotiated terms, SLAs, and liability provisions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from pre-launch to launch. The effective date at the top is the version marker; material changes will be flagged on this page.
